Born 1948 in
Switzerland, I had the opportunity through my family to be in touch
with Yoga, Eastern and Western Spirituality and alternative health
since my childhood.
After studies in humanities, psychology and philosophy I decided to earn my living in the Information Technology industry as systems analyst, project leader, manager and entrepreneur for more than 30 Years. My emphasis was on open software development, systems integration, and collaborative working environments. I earned a broad experience realizing bespoke projects for many industrial and commercial organisations. My priorities were always in establishing sustainable relationships between staff and clients and achieving a creative and friendly working environment. In my thirties I started to put more emphasis on learning and training in the philosophical and spiritual aspects of life, what has lead to an increasing respect for the wonders of nature and the creation as a whole. The role of the human being, the individual path and social development in harmony with the creation became the centre of my interests and guided me to study and work with some most gifted teachers. In 1996 I 'emigrated' with my second wife Lucie to Northern Ireland where I discovered a complete new palette of life challenges as well as my love for the Celtic wisdom and art. Working for several years at the 'peace line' in a deprived area in Belfast allowed for a better understanding of the particularities of this part of the world. All the more for that experience I feel blessed now to live above Loch Foyle in the fabulous North West of the Province. The deep encounter with the Druid path through my wife Lucie allowed me to teach and express my experiences in a very practical and integral spiritual framework that speaks to the people of our times. My special interests lie in ‘integral learning’, holistic healing, initiatic teachings, Celtic spirituality and the ‘Cosmic Tradition’ in the different cultural streams as well as the practicalities of bringing spirituality into ecological projects and into all aspects of practical life. |
